Practising Intersectional Feminism Society (PIFS) is an ever revolving and evolving group of folx from all over the world who are connecting in Vancouver, BC. Despairing at the oppression and injustices we were witnessing everyday, PIFS grouped together to support each other to take actionable steps towards destroying oppressive systems such as sexism, racism, classism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, environmental destruction and the ongoing effects of colonialism. Anyone who agrees that no one is free until we are all free is able to join, work with, or work besides PIFS. Check out our meetings around Vancouver, BC, read our blog, or check out our latest events.
Our meetings take place on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and sel̓ilwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples.
